Orlando Capital V has successfully completed the acquisition of the traditional fashion brand Limberry. The acquisition is being made as a strategic add-on to the existing portfolio company Stockerpoint, one of the leading providers of traditional fashion in the German-speaking region.

Strengthening Market Position in the Traditional Fashion Segment 

Limberry was founded in 2011 by Dr. Sibilla Kawala and is counted among the early pioneers in the online distribution of premium traditional fashion. Over more than 15 years, the brand has developed into an established direct-to-consumer provider in the German-speaking region. Under her leadership, a clearly positioned premium brand emerged with a strong e-commerce focus and digital customer engagement. 

With the acquisition of Limberry, Orlando Capital is strategically expanding Stockerpoint's market position and broadening its product portfolio with an established brand with its own distinct character. Limberry is an established direct-to-consumer provider with a strong online brand and a clear focus on the premium segment. The company distributes its collections primarily through its own online shop and addresses a modern, digitally savvy customer base. 

Strategic Complement to the Stockerpoint Group 

In addition to its strong brand position, Limberry possesses in-depth expertise in building digital distribution structures. This competency has been systematically developed since the company's founding and is now one of the central success factors of the business. Orlando Capital is pursuing a long-term, value-oriented approach with this transaction. The Limberry brand remains independent and will be strategically and operationally developed further under the umbrella of the Stockerpoint Group. 

Strategically, Limberry complements Stockerpoint's existing business model ideally: while Stockerpoint leverages its strengths particularly in wholesale business and efficient procurement, Limberry brings additional D2C expertise, direct customer access, and valuable online marketing capabilities to the group.
