Elaha Noorzai

Elaha Noorzai is Operations Director at Orlando Capital. Before joining Orlando in 2026, she served as CEO and Managing Director of portfolio company Westhouse, where she successfully led the company through a restructuring process and turned the business from loss-making to profitable. Prior to that, she gained extensive strategic and entrepreneurial experience in leadership positions at McKinsey & Company as well as as Co-Founder and CEO of Shaire GmbH. Elaha holds a degree in Economics from Ludwig Maximilians University Munich.
